Richard was always a colleague that you could always rely on - he never said no to helping you even if he didn't have time to. He was one of the biggest personalities I have met - he could automatically lift the teams spirits up just by being himself and he made going out on visits fun with his wicked sense of humour. I will always have fond memories of him participating in our Pizza Hut lunch challenges (who could eat the most pizza slices at the buffet - Richard always managed to do well at this challenge!) and I will miss seeing his hats up on top of his cupboard in the office. Richard will be missed by everyone at Suffolk Trading Standards and my thoughts are with Kate, family and friends. I am so so sorry for what you are going through. Clair
